Ken Cunningham, President/CEO
In 1991, Ken Cunningham founded the KenMours Marketing & Recruiting Employment Agency. He is a Western Michigan University graduate with a degree in Communications, and a minor in Public Relations. In 1976, while still in college, Kenny Cunningham was picked as one of the members of the United States Olympic Basketball Team. He was also one of the nation’s top scorers with a 24.9 average for Western Michigan University. In 1980, the Utah Jazz selected Kenny during the NBA Draft.
KenMours Marketing & Recruiting has allowed Ken to turn his winning attitude into a venture that recruits highly skilled individuals for corporate companies. His past experience with marketing strategies includes the development and distribution of Eye Magazine, which distributed over 20,000 copies per month throughout Northwest Ohio and Michigan. As President/CEO, Ken has encouraged his vision of providing superior services to meet the business needs of both employers and employees nationwide.
Debra Reed Davis, Assistant to the President/CEO
Ms. Davis brings a wealth of experience to the KenMours Marketing & Recruiting team. She is a graduate of the University of Toledo with a degree in Communications, and a 25 year professional in Administrative and Customer Service Relations. Debra has an extensive background in interviewing, employee training, accounts receivable, payroll, and SAP. Ms. Davis is a hands-on individual with a focus on getting the job done right the first time.
Tonia Matamoros, Account Manager
An energetic recruiter, Tonia is a self-starter with excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills. She is a highly driven person who maintains a positive attitude under pressure and welcomes the challenge and responsibilities of producing results quickly for clients. Tonia handles any incoming inquiries from candidates regarding open positions. She is a recruiter focused on building and maintaining candidate relationships to keep a consistent talent pipeline.
Tonia started her career in 1978 at the main post office in Toledo, Ohio. She was then promoted to Supervisor in 1986 and took over management for distribution in 2010. A graduate of Roy C Start High School in three years, Tonia attended Bowling Green State University Firelands College, where she majored in Business Management.
Darryl Reed, Recuiting Manager
Darryl brings his expertise in recruiting, organizational and program management with clients, customers, and businesses to KenMours Marketing & Recruiting. With years of experience in both public and private sectors, Darryl is well versed in management consultation, team building, professional development, and strategic implementation. Darryl enjoys spending time with his family and providing guidance to his community and church ministries.
Shirley Wong, Marketing Assistant
Shirley joined the KenMours Marketing and Recruiting team in July of 2005. Shirley currently holds degrees in both Cognitive Science and Neuroscience from the University of California, San Diego, one of the leading Biomedical Sciences research universities nationwide. Shirley’s position at KenMours includes maintaining the small office computer network at the KenMours office and overseeing the KenMours client database.
Tesser Badgett, Global Recruiting Manager
Tesser brings years of expertise in the employment field. She will assist you with any of your hiring and recruitment needs, including Engineers, Managers, Supervisors, Plant Managers, Technicians and more. Tesser takes the time to get to know our candidates as individuals. These are critical points that are very hard to elicit from a resume. She can find the right candidates for your company.
